Horizon
This piece was originally intended to be the top of a sculpture inspired by Japanese stone lanterns, ishi-dōrō. Instead of being thrown out, the remaining piece was repurposed into a new piece of artwork, Horizon. This piece is one of nine ceramic pieces originally on display for the Kiln Show at Giant Robot Gallery in April of 2024.
